Journalism lecturer Brian Meyer has been inducted into the Buffalo Broadcasters Hall of Fame, one of seven 2010 inductees.
Brian has taught part-time in the Communication Department 16 years, teaching courses in media writing, journalism and news writing. After graduating from Marquette University in 1981, Brian began working for WBEN radio in Buffalo. In 1997 he became a business reprter at The Buffalo News, later covering the City Hall beat. He also is founder of Western new York Wares, a publishing company that has produced more than 60 books with a Buffalo-Niagara focus.
