Scholarship Winner

   John Szablewski, a sophomore Television & Film Arts major, received a $5,000 scholarship frlm Autie Anne's pretzel franchise. John is shift manager at the store in the Walden Galleria mall. He is a graduate of Leonardo da Vinci High School in Buffalo.
   Six college students nationwide received the scholarship, awarded on the basis of character, achievement and commitment to maintaining personal and academic standards. John received the scholarship specifically "in recognition of his outstanding work ethic and educational accomplishments," said TFA Director Jeffrey Hirschberg.
   The TFA program is an interdisciplinary major co-sponsored by Communication, English and Theater departments.
